Who We Are:

New Life Christian Center (NLCC) is a nondenominational, multicultural church that teaches the life-changing, powerful message of victorious living through faith in God's World.  After attending NLCC for a short time, you will quickly discover that NLCC is more than just a Church.  We are a family and a community of relationships, support and motivation.

We have a wide variety of activities and ministries, for all age groups and interested, where people meet and discover their own circle of friends and support within our church.  We believe that church should be an extension of your own family and always work to provide an atmosphere that encourages people to connect with each other.

We believe that involvement in a local church is vital for people today.  NLCC will provide you with the tools you need to discover a life of true success and personal fulfillment.

OUR PURPOSE AND OUR MISSION:

 Our History-- New life has always been a light to the world. The church moved into our current location in the mid 90's . Pastor David became Sr. Pastor in May of 2002 after serving as Assistant Pastor in the church for 5 years under his parents Roy and Mary Jo Taylor. In the past 6 years God has continually opened doors to touch people for God. We have reached thousands of people locally through services, classes, and community events. For the past  6 years our World's Largest Easter Egg Hunt has become the largest christian event in our city's history. We are * Reaching Lockhart and Touching the World*

 Our vision-- Our vision at NLCC is to teach people how to live the New Life that Jesus came to give them. Our desire is to continually Win the Lost, Heal the Hurting, and Touch the World.

 Our value-- Our values stem from God's word. We believe every believer in the church has an expression from God. Our heart is to teach people the power of obedience to God. Obedience opens the door to discovering who God says you are. God knows more about you than you know about yourself. God sees your strengths, and your potential. We believe that God's word  is final authority in our lives and that our church, families, businesses, and friendships are governed by the value of  God's word.
